Remote Workforce Software Configuration Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Workforce Software Configuration Consultant who will support organizations in optimizing workforce operations through HR transformation, workforce management, and technology solutions. They will partner with stakeholders to assess processes, improve service delivery, and implement solutions that align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze workforce and HR operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
* Support HR transformation and technology implementation initiatives
* Improve workforce processes, payroll operations, and service delivery models
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams
* Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations
* Apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems
* Mentor and support team members while maintaining high-quality deliverables
* Understand organizational goals and align solutions to broader business strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Certified in Workforce Software configuration
* 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
* PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certifications preferred
* Leveraging broad workforce management knowledge
* Advising clients on leading practices and strategy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
