Relationship Banker

KS Bank is currently seeking to add a Relationship Banker to our Garner team. Primary duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as checks and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and other needs they may have Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and services to meet those needs Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments Respond to incoming phone calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals as needed Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions Stay up to date with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures through ongoing compliance training Qualifications Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience in a high-volume setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen and identify potential customer needs Strong math and analytical skills, ability to count cash Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY
