About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product for a Fintech startup. The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to own, build, and run their own startup in the Fintech sector. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a commitment to an extensive personal development journey and the ability to take full responsibility for the startup's success, with a goal of scaling to over €100M in revenues. The Head of Product will work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving intensive coaching and support in all aspects of startup development, from product iteration to sales and marketing. Applicants for the Head of Product role at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The role involves a fully customized program to enhance the entrepreneur's management skills and the opportunity to work with a network of over 50,000 professionals for team building and hiring. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ready to take on the challenge of building a €1B+ company, and is prepared to engage in a process that includes 1:1 sparring with experienced founders, access to a top-tier community of peers and investors, and support in securing multi-million euro funding rounds.
