Role Overview Step Into Cafe Leadership – Food Service Manager 2, Sodexo Sodexo is seeking Food Service Manager 2 to lead daily foodservice operations at our client site in Marietta, Pennsylvania . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to step into a management role, overseeing a close-knit kitchen team while gaining broad exposure to financial management, catering coordination, and food safety leadership. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day food service financials, including inventory control and meal cost management Oversee a 3-person kitchen team preparing breakfast and lunch for approximately 40 guests daily Coordinate catering operations, including event setup, food delivery, and pickup Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) in a no open flame kitchen environment Manage cashless point-of-sale operations and daily transaction accuracy What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
