Regional Sales Director

Trex Company, Inc. seeks a Director, Field Sales to develop and execute the regional and national strategic sales plan for the West Region. You will manage sales programs, budgets and growth initiatives while coordinating across sales teams and distributors. The director will lead a three-person Regional Sales team, travel 60–75% within the territory, hire and train staff, build strong relationships with key dealers, and work closely with Marketing to advance new product initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
