Senior Specialist, Clinical Education THV AR

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Specialist in Clinical Education for transcatheter heart valve clinical trials. The role combines on-site procedural support during investigational device implants with development of training curriculum and physician education in cardiovascular intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on-site guidance and procedural support during clinical trial implants with physicians and hospital teams
• Develop and maintain training curriculum, materials, and tools based on clinical trial findings
• Conduct one-on-one and group education sessions for physicians and hospital staff on investigational devices and procedures
• Document procedural observations and provide follow-up technical support throughout clinical investigations
• Track and manage inventory of clinical trial devices, including expiration dates and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years intraoperative clinical experience as RN, RT, ORT, RCIS, or RDCS
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Knowledge of device handling, implantation techniques, and troubleshooting for investigational products
• Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery (preferred)
• Prior TAVR or transcatheter heart valve experience (preferred)
• Understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and adverse events reporting (preferred)

Compensation: $134,000-$190,000 base
