Position Overview This is a true outbound B2B sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and closing merchant accounts. This is NOT an account management position. The ideal candidate is: Competitive Self‑motivated Organized Coachable Strong in both relationship-building and closing You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, in‑person meetings, referrals, and strategic follow‑up. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities daily Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in‑person visits Schedule and conduct demos with business owners and decision‑makers Present payment and technology solutions tailored to client needs Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline within CRM Deliver proposals and close new business opportunities Maintain strong follow‑up and relationship management Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding and implementation Stay current on industry trends and payment technologies Performance Expectations This is a KPI‑driven sales role with clear performance expectations. Minimum expectations include: Consistent outbound prospecting activity Daily CRM usage and pipeline management Weekly qualified appointments and demos Consistent new business production Employees are expected to maintain strong activity levels, organizational discipline, and measurable sales performance.
