Sr. Manager, Operations

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Fleet Safety & Recovery operations business, including performance, billing, and financial statements. Conduct weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, and provide one‑on‑one coaching and development for team members. Meet with clients as needed to continue business growth. Interview Operations Managers and Team Leads. Promote a positive department culture. Scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation (e.g., CSAT, AHT, resolution rate, shrinkage). Qualifications Experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within Fleet Safety & Recovery. BA/BS degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask with ease and proficiency across a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Experience managing supervisors and implementing advanced coaching, performance management, and development structures. Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills, with the ability to build productive client relationships. Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude. Demonstrated safety & compliance procedures. Preferred autonomous vehicle experience. Flexibility to travel.
