U.S. Associate - Tax (Washington)

Candidates should have experience with taxation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures. A strong candidate will also have experience with capital markets transactions as well as international transactions. 3+ years of Big 4 experience would be ideal. Candidates must be self-starters and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills. Bar required.The base salary range offered for this role will be between $225,000 and $235,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
