Senior Account Executive (Creator Partnerships)

The experience is scattered across countless apps, with expert sports handicappers ("cappers") building an audience on social media, fans chasing for an edge across different platforms and tools, and everyone looking for better results with less effort. For DubClub: It’s the ecosystem and unified "Win More Together" experience that cappers and fans have been waiting for. Instead of churn after a losing streak, fans stick around for free plays, discovery loops, rewards, and community moments. The role You will be a founding member of the Sales team working to bring new partners ("Cappers") to the platform. As an early team member, you will be responsible for accelerating DubClub’s revenue by executing our outbound sales motion. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close. The problems you will solve Own the entire process of winning new business for DubClub. You will be responsible for ensuring that DubClub maintains a vibrant funnel of leads, prospects, opportunities, and recently "won" new accounts. Deeply understand partner needs and requirements. Communicate DubClub’s product offerings so partners can understand how their business will grow with DubClub. Develop sales infrastructure. Create and establish foundational sales playbooks and scripts that standardize and elevate our sales efforts, ensuring consistency and scalability in our processes. Leverage AI and CRM tools to drive efficient systems that delight prospects and customers. Collaborate to close deals. Partner with the GTM and Product teams to communicate potential customer needs; bring in partner specialists to a sales deal as needed; set partners up for success. Advocate for product roadmap on behalf of customers. Be an evidence-driven partner advocate based on intel from the industry. Influence product roadmap towards solving pain that will help win more new business, create marketplace stickiness, and lead the DubClub ecosystem into new frontiers solving problems for our partners. No task is too small to find success and generate revenue. Location & Compensation This role is based at the DubClub HQ in Chicago, IL (The Loop). We currently have a hybrid model where we ask the team to come in the office 2-3x/week. The OTE range for the this role is: $200-$220k + stock options + benefits, etc. Please note that this range can be flexible for the right candidate.
