ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has built a strong reputation for developing team members and helping customers protect what matters most. I started my career as a State Farm team member right out of college, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of the business before opening my own agency.

I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. I’m married and have played football most of my life, which helped shape my competitive spirit and team-first mindset. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with my Shepherd. I’m also involved in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of West University, where we work to support local initiatives and give back to the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brett Campo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
