Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings is highly valued
• Proficient with a wide range of communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students requiring services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both individually and in groups—addressing speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ overall learning and development
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and outcomes as required by school policies
• Provide support, resources, and consultation to educators and families regarding students’ speech and language development
