As a Listing Agent, you’ll work directly with homeowners, leverage your local market expertise, and guide sellers through the listing and home-selling process—all while building a productive, sustainable real estate business.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ Annually

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Conduct listing consultations with qualified home sellers
• Build trust and confidently present your listing strategy, pricing, and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
• Guide sellers through the listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing process
• Follow up consistently with seller leads using proven CRM, scripts, and sales systems
• Convert qualified listing opportunities into signed listing agreements
• Manage your seller pipeline, appointments, and transactions from consultation through closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful listing experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals, repeat business, and long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Driven to grow listing volume, production, and income
• Confident, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a team environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous professional growth
• Comfortable using CRM technology and real estate sales systems
• Values structured training, coaching, and team support
• Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional seller experience
