What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual goals
• Analyze market trends to guide product positioning and community strategy
• Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and pricing
• Oversee sales contracts and facilitate weekly team meetings
• Support grand openings, community previews, and local marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of 5 or more
• Experience overseeing 200+ annual sales units or comparable high-volume team performance
• Strong coaching and talent-development skills
• Ability to manage metrics, drive accountability, and lead a results-driven team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Will be covering Orlando, Osceola County and West side of Orlando

Current successful leaders have backgrounds in homebuilding, regional sales leadership, consumer sales, hospitality leadership, or other fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
