What You'll Do: Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Help residents improve their independence, mobility, and quality of life. Accurately document treatments and resident progress. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Encourage and motivate residents as they work toward their rehabilitation goals. What We're Looking For: Current Ohio COTA license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
