Information Communication Technology Trainer

AI Technology Trainer | Hybrid- DC | Up to $120,000 + bonus We're looking for an experienced AI & Technology Enablement Specialist to help drive technology adoption and deliver engaging training across a global professional services environment. What You'll Do Design and deliver technology and AI training in classroom, virtual, and one-to-one settings. Develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, user guides, and quick reference materials. Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools through training, coaching, and best practice guidance. Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions. Contribute to digital adoption initiatives and new hire technology onboarding. What We’re Looking For 5+ years' experience in technology training, instructional design, or digital learning. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Camtasia. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within professional services is beneficial but not essential.
