We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic Medical Affairs initiatives and cross-functional programs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills, with a preference for Director-level or Associate Director-level professionals who have substantial Medical Affairs project management experience.

• Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives and strategic programs.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Compliance, Commercial, and other teams.

• Support strategic planning, annual Plans of Action (POAs), resource planning, budgets, and forecasting.

• Coordinate Medical Affairs activities, including advisory boards, medical congresses, medical education, evidence generation, and product launch initiatives.

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and documentation requirements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, with relevant project or program management experience; alternatively, an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

• Leadership Experience: Director-level or Associate Director-level experience with strong project leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

• Medical Affairs Experience: Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Operations is strongly preferred.

• Project Management Skills: Strong expertise in project planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

• Strategic Experience: Exposure to evidence generation, medical congress planning, advisory boards, product launches, or therapeutic area strategic planning is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and project tracking methodologies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Advanced Education: MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or PhD is preferred.

• Work Authorization: Must be a US citizen.
