Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a full-time opportunity with the flexibility to provide services virtually (Voco) or onsite in an itinerant capacity, traveling between locations within Merced County. What you bring:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• CTC credential required
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual/teletherapy services
• Genuine passion for fostering student growth and independence

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Travel between assigned school sites within the county as part of an itinerant schedule
• Provide both on-site and remote (Voco) support, based on needs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective strategies
• Stay updated on best practices and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
• Adjust therapy strategies to individual student needs and educational objectives
