Every referral you generate represents a patient and family who will receive comfort, dignity, and support when they need it most. What You'll Do Develop referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, clinics, and case managers. Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and the benefits of early hospice conversations. Generate new referral opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship building. Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience. Monitor referral activity, admissions, and conversion metrics. Represent Superior Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred. Hospice sales experience preferred or a successful background in medical device, pharmaceutical, DME, home health, or post-acute sales. Proven ability to build relationships and grow a territory. Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
