Training Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Training Supervisor: Create a bootcamp Training (theory and hands on) sstarting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, temp employees. Track 30-60-90 day training completion and close attention to new employees. Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identify training skill gaps with existing employees and increase employee engagement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software. Content Development Training Recertification by job class and area. Individual performance tracking Up to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed. Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience. Expected Outcomes Reduction in production errors and rework. Improved audit scores and compliance readiness. Increased employee engagement and retention. Improved Voice Survey Improvement on Safety, Quality and OTD SALARY RANGE : $85,200 - $127,800 This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
