Part-Time Instructor, JUMPSTART - Hospitality Management - FY2027 CSN is seeking part-time instructors to teach Food & Beverage Management and Tourism Convention & Event Planning courses through the CSN Jumpstart Program at a Clark County School District (CCSD) high school. Teaching assignments will include college‑level Hospitality Management courses delivered through the Jumpstart Program. Core Responsibilities Prepare lectures and course materials. Develop exams, quizzes, and other assessment activities. Evaluate student learning and mastery of course outcomes. Participate in course and program assessment activities for accreditation and other purposes. Required Qualifications Applicants must be pre‑approved by the Hospitality Management department and the Jumpstart Program before submitting an application in Workday. Must have at least a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field from a regionally accredited college or university and at least 18 graduate credits in the subject being taught (from a regionally accredited college or university).
