Part‑Time Instructor, Construction – FY 2027 Job Description Responsibilities Lecture and lab instruction for Construction Management and/or Construction Technology courses. Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes. Provide advisement to students. Assist with program and curriculum development as requested. Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested. Required Qualifications Five years of Construction Management experience. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management. Knowledge of computer classroom technologies. Knowledge of Canvas or other learning management systems. Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce. Application Process Applications will be considered on an as‑needed basis determined by course availability. Salary Information $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester. Schedule Construction Management courses are taught at the CSN Summerlin campus, in‑person and online, during the day and evenings.
