Duties
- Communicate proactively with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to confirm appointments, address scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate shift changes, time-off requests, and coverage solutions while maintaining positive relationships through effective negotiation skills.
- Manage real-time schedule adjustments using HRIS platforms to adapt to unforeseen circumstances swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, employee evaluations, contracts, and employee relations documentation in our systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in scheduling or workforce management within healthcare preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and effective communication skills across diverse teams.
- Great phone & tech skills a must
- DDD experience preferred
