Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of clients.
Review returns, projections, and tax planning strategies while ensuring exceptional quality and client service.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

CPA license required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred.
5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
Strong tax technical expertise and leadership experience.
Outstanding communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
