Join the team at Peter Boulware Lexus as a Service Advisor in our Tallahassee, FL location. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service experiences by effectively communicating repair needs and ensuring a seamless service process.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and explain necessary repairs or maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely, quality work
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process
- Manage service documentation and maintain organized records
- Upsell recommended services and products when appropriate
- Ensure customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to understand basic automotive technology and service procedures
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software and dealership management systems
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
