Human Resources Specialist – 2nd Shift

Location: Athens, AL Area
Company: Ōnin Staffing
Pay: $25.00–$31.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems, and making a positive impact in the workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as an HR point of contact for 2nd shift employees.

• Assist with general HR questions regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and timekeeping.

• Document employee concerns and communicate with the HR team for follow-up.

• Conduct regular floor walks to build relationships and maintain a strong HR presence.

• Assist with employee badges, company apparel, and general HR administrative tasks.

• Support employee engagement activities and special events.

• Maintain accurate documentation and provide support to the HR department.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping employees.

Schedule & Training

Regular Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Initial training may include time on 1st shift and a temporary split-shift schedule before transitioning to regular 2nd shift hours.

Candidates must be flexible during the training period.
