Barin Group is a multifaceted industrial general contractor specializing in: Construction Management Design-Build Assistance / Preconstruction / Feasibility Services Piping Systems Installation and Fabrication Mechanical Installation Electrical Steel Erection and Heavy Lifting # Duties Provide on-site leadership and supervision for plumbing installation and construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily activities of plumbing crews, subcontractors, and other field personnel. Ensure plumbing work is completed according to project plans, specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and project schedules. Read and interpret construction drawings, plumbing plans, specifications, schematics, and other technical documents. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to maintain project schedules and productivity. Work closely with Project Managers, other Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate project requirements and resolve field issues. Monitor installation quality and identify and resolve field conflicts or constructability concerns. Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain a strong understanding of Idaho plumbing requirements and ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable licensing and code requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Enforce company safety policies and promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite. Assist with material planning, procurement coordination, scheduling, inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project closeout. Communicate project progress, manpower needs, scheduling concerns, and field issues to Project Management and company leadership. Maintain positive working relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to plumbing field personnel. # Skills & Qualifications Current Idaho Plumbing Contractor license or the ability to obtain an Idaho Plumbing Contractor license within 30 days of hire is required. Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial plumbing systems, installation practices, codes, and regulations. Previous experience supervising plumbing crews and field construction activities. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, construction plans, specifications, and schematics. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple crews, trades, priorities, and project deadlines. Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and best practices. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to identify field conflicts and develop practical solutions while maintaining project schedule and quality.
