Rotational Program Overview Technical & Professional Training: Engineer in Training Program Location for EIT Program: Mayfield Heights, OH Time: 5 Months MSS Rotations: Organizations: Remote Support Services Application Support Management Managed Services (Potential) Digital, Professional Services Location: Mayfield Heights, OH Time: 1-1.5 Years Your Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone, email and remote access for Rockwell Automation products and technologies to Rockwell Automation field service personnel, distributors, integrators, and customers. Identify and correct failures, firmware problems and programming deficiencies, and the implementation of hardware/firmware updates and upgrades. Instruct/train customers on proper use, operation, and maintenance (of Rockwell Automation Products). Respond to customer needs, ensuring a swift and quality response while keeping relevant parties informed, sets, and maintains communication with team and customer Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Provide technical assistance for sales presentations to customers. Consult regarding the application of products, technologies, manufacturing processes and industry-specific applications.
