Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Recent experience within a school environment strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 35 students
• Confident in providing OT services for students with a range of needs
• Skilled in attending and contributing to IEP meetings, including completion of evaluation portions
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to work across multiple school sites throughout the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Evaluate student abilities and develop treatment plans in line with IEP requirements
• Complete necessary assessments, track progress, and maintain timely documentation
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Travel between three assigned schools, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across sites
