Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred

• Ability to design and carry out individualized therapy interventions for a range of student needs
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students ages K-12
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Document progress, maintain required records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate students and staff on tools and modifications for success in academic settings
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment that promotes engagement and independence
