Mechanic

Mechanic Croell, Inc. is hiring a Mechanic to perform a full range of repair and modification work on heavy equipment vehicles, including light‑ and heavy‑duty trucks, Redi‑Mix trucks, backhoes, loaders, and miscellaneous equipment. Compensation: $30–$34 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). Position is full‑time with overtime. Employment: Reports to the Territory Manager. This role requires overtime during peak season and has no supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform repairs and modifications on heavy equipment vehicles, including light‑ and heavy‑duty trucks, Redi‑Mix trucks, backhoes, loaders, and miscellaneous equipment. Repair tires, wheels, wheel bearings, idler wheels, idler bearings, and oil seals. Replace suspension arms, torsion bars, stabilizer bars, and other components. Repair hydraulic and air brake systems. Assess and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the nature and extent of needed repairs.
