You'll work in a compassionate environment focused on patient-centered care, and collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients efficiently while ensuring a supportive experience.Obtain and accurately document vital signs, both manually and electronically, in the EMR.Perform precise phlebotomy, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to clinical protocols.Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups, coordinating care to maintain smooth clinic flow.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.Ensure exam rooms and clinical spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to deliver a seamless, patient-centered experience.Essential SkillsMedical assistant experienceAdministrative support skillsPhlebotomy experienceBLS certificationVenipuncture and specimen collection expertiseExperience with straight needle and butterfly techniquesPatient care and medical assisting skillsStrong attention to detail and technology proficiencyAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree preferredMA Cert and/or CPT certifications preferredExperience with EMR systems or ability to quickly learnCompassionate, patient-centered approachAdaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentTeam-oriented with strong collaboration skillsEager to learn and participate in cross-training opportunitiesStrong interest in fertility care and alignment with the clinic's missionSeeking a long-term opportunity with growth potentialWork EnvironmentThe clinic is located in Denver, CO, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts starting between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. Weekend rotation is required, working 1-2 weekends per month, with two weekdays off during those weeks. Holiday rotation is required a few times a year. The clinic provides clean, branded scrubs daily, with laundry service available, and lockers for personal items (bring your own lock). There is no free on-site parking; employees are responsible for their own parking expenses. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
