Legal Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities Convert qualified leads into signed cases by building trust, clearly explaining next steps, and meeting or exceeding conversion goals. Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients. Conduct initial intake interviews to gather relevant facts, identify client needs, and evaluate eligibility based on firm guidelines. Promptly follow up with leads to strengthen client engagement, increase retention, and maximize conversion opportunities. Accurately document client information using legal case management software (e.g. Litify). Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal, ethical, and firm standards. Provide client satisfaction by welcoming prospective clients and answering questions. Schedule in-office appointments (IOA) between prospective clients and attorneys. Qualifications and Experience Experience: One to three years of experience in sales, client relations, customer success, or business development role. Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or Business Administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software. Soft Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, attention to detail, decision-making, organization, and time management skills. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish fluency) is a plus.
