Description . This on-site, contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical practice environment. As a Hospitalist, you will be integral in managing patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations Monitor and manage patient progress throughout hospital stay Educate patients and families on health management Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid license to practice Experience in Internal Medicine or related field Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and patient care skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Current certifications in ACLS and BLS Level I Trauma Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts No call requirement ~520 beds Patient Volume: 18-22 per day Support Staff: Additional MDs, APPs Must be board certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
