Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure telehealth sessions with participants, following treatment protocols and utilizing video technology effectively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions as part of comprehensive treatment plans designed in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Utilize a proprietary chat-bot to provide real-time therapeutic support, ensuring participants receive the help they need when they most need it.

• Document clinical sessions and participant progress through our secure web platform, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies based on participant feedback, clinical assessments, and ongoing communication with the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population of participants, including adolescents aged 8 and older facing complex behavioral health issues. Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of this demographic will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted California LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
