Key Responsibilities\n

As a Blended Care Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct full-time therapy sessions, approximately 40 hours per week, via a user-friendly video platform.

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client needs.

• Design and assign custom digital lessons, informative videos, and assessments for clients to engage with between therapy sessions, ensuring ongoing learning and progress tracking.
\n
• Participate in regular peer-based quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.
\n
• Engage in clinical consultation meetings to enhance your therapeutic skills and share insights with fellow clinicians.
\n
• Complete ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will predominantly include adults and adolescents seeking help for issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a clinical field such as Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Mental Health Counseling (MC).

• Must hold an unrestricted license (LCSW, LISW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, Psychologist PhD/PsyD, LMHC, LCMHC) allowing independent practice without supervision, free from any disciplinary action.

• Demonstrated experience in providing evidence-based treatments, with a focus on video therapy methods.
\n
• Strong ability to manage a full caseload of clients, maintaining accurate records and following up on treatment plans.

• Residency in the United States is required.
\n
