Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil

This role leads the estimating process end-to-end, delivering accurate, competitive bids on a range of heavy civil construction projects. What You’ll Do Review plans and specs to define scope and pricing Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals Lead and coordinate the full estimating cycle Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Identify risks and resolve estimating issues What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction estimating experience Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with HeavyBid, inEight, Bid2Win, or similar software Government project experience is a plus Why Apply A senior-level role offering stability, project variety, and long-term growth with a respected contractor.
