Job Details Location: Scottsdale Start Date: 09/28/2026 Time Type: Full‑Time; Hybrid (In‑Office 3 days/Remote 2 days) Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service by quickly responding to broker inquiries via phone or email, making it easy for them to work with us. Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, or renewal inquiries with ease and accuracy. Qualifications Comfortable with computers and able to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks. Strong memory, prioritization skills, and critical‑thinking abilities, often developed through previous experience in restaurants, schools, or retail environments. Clear communication over phone and in writing, with a reputation for integrity. Average Day You will start and end your day at the same time each day during training, with an assigned shift for your 40‑hour work week thereafter. During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and receive overtime pay. Daily assignments vary to keep work engaging, while time is set aside for personal and professional development. Immediate eligibility for overtime and a monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus (no cap). Regular salary review and increase eligibility every six months. Full remote equipment package.
