Registered Client Associate

Summary Key Wealth Management seeks a Registered Client Associate who is detail‑oriented, proficient in standard operating procedures, and able to support financial advisors and branch operations. The role involves client interaction, data entry, account management, and cross‑training on financial planning platforms. Responsibilities Handle daily client interactions via phone, in‑person, virtual and mail communications. Open new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as needed. Create and maintain client records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Enter and update data into financial plans. Participate in training, cross‑training, and professional development programs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of the company’s structure, policies, mission, and strategies. Proficiency with general office practices, procedures, and methods. Experience with financial planning software. Skill in CRM or similar contact management software. Competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong communication skills across multiple platforms. Ability to operate standard office equipment and required software applications. Analytical capability to research account information and resolve issues. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under changing priorities. High level of customer service and professionalism. Mathematical proficiency for processing account and transaction information. Licenses / Certifications SIE, Series 7, 63, or equivalent.
