Job Description

As a Production Associate you will be responsible for working in the production area to produce insulation and hydro seeding bedding from recycled materials

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the running of production equipment
• Move materials from production area to storage or shipping
• Clean machines and work area to ensure safe and efficient work
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions including dusty and non-temperature controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Wear PPE as required such as safety glasses and hearing protection
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends when needed

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
