In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour Job Schedule: Tues, 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed, 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities at a commercial real‑estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entry points, observe building activity, and report suspicious behavior, property damage, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to post orders and Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of security‑related experience is required. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
