Team Submarine's mission is to keep our Navy #1 in the world by developing, acquiring, modernizing, and maintaining the world's best Submarines and Undersea Systems.Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):Supports program management reviews with FMS customers, including logistics planning, and preparation of briefs and meeting minutesTracks program milestones and actions for FMS programsCoordinates with field activity technical experts and other organizations to address FMS customer inquiriesDevelops FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management Systems (DSAMS) and monitors financial execution in the Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL) and the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)Prepares letters and Memorandums for the Record that adhere to the Navy Correspondence ManualPrepares documentation to fund various activities for FMS cases and monitors funding execution by maintaining spending plansMaintains various program reports and tracking tools for new business, action items, case performance violations, and funding effortsContributes to continuous process improvement of PMS 404N's FMS case development and execution guides, tools, and templatesCoordinates review and track the status of foreign national visit requestsQualifications/Requirements: The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
