What You'll Be Doing: Set up, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS Follow up with hiring managers to get necessary information for an offer I9 management Follow up with new hires to assure all necessary forms are completed for employment File personnel documents Assist with new hire orientation as needed Assist with employee notifications and communications Assist the support team with administrative and clerical duties Ability to work well with other employees and departments within the company Regular attendance and punctuality required Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Highly organized Can work independently as well as a team Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook For more information on what its like to work at Van Horn visit: vhcarsrecruiting.com !
