Sales Engineer x 2 - PreSales - AI Cyber Security

Currently looking for two experienced and professional Sales Engineers who can understand and drive user/customer experience, provide technical solutions, and support sales efforts.
You will be joining an expanding organisation, currently at Series B of funding leading the way in improving modern IGA workspace and solutions.
You will:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, including detailed product information and system integration plans.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of our products for new customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and the product development team.
You will need:-
- 5+ years of experience as a sales/solutions engineer or in a similar technical role, in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, cyber security start up environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
