Pay: $2716 - $3272 | Shift: Day Shift with on-call one night a week and one weekend a month

Our healthcare partner is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join their team in providing exceptional patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will utilize your nursing expertise to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking to collaborate with team members in patient care
• Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and standards
• Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with established standards
• Developing and executing individualized patient care plans
• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Utilizing clinical expertise to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care
• Engaging in personal development and continuous learning opportunities
• Maintaining timely flow of patients and performing telephone triage as needed

Requirements for this role include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Education Verification Required)
• 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in critical care
• Cardiovascular Intervention experience required
• Current WI or Compact RN licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Successfully pass EKG test
• Need 2 years experience in setting
