Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule

Days with On-Call Rotation: On call one night a week and one weekend a month.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 40
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience required
• Cardiovascular Intervention experience required
• Current RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Successfully pass EKG test

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and comprehensive in accordance with established standards.
• Develop and execute a patient plan of care according to individual needs.
• Engage in personal development and support continuous learning and growth opportunities.
