The team is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and trading support of SMA strategies and Multi-Asset strategies, primarily across equities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds. You’ll collaborate with implementation specialists, portfolio managers and colleagues across Asset Management and other UBS divisions. We value teamwork, practical problem solving and continuous improvement, and we encourage open discussion of new ideas, issues and challenges so that we can build scalable solutions for our clients Your Skills And Experience ideally 2+ years of experience in SMA implementation and execution, or equivalent experience in portfolio implementation, trading support or investment operations experience partnering with portfolio managers to support effective implementation outcomes understanding of SMA processes and investment instruments such as equities, ETFs, mutual funds and fixed income securities familiarity with United States and international traded securities, including trading considerations such as time, price and volume constraints experience with Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) or third-party model delivery would be an advantage you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, delivery, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
