This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You'll design and build core mobile components, integrate AI-powered capabilities, contribute to architectural decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ship modern, intelligent mobile experiences. You are someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing high-quality production code, and staying current with emerging AI technologies.Your RoleDesign, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)Stay deeply hands-on with coding, debugging, and performance optimizationImplement scalable mobile architectures and reusable componentsIntegrate AI/GenAI capabilities into mobile experiencesBuild and contribute to agentic workflows, including tool usage, context handling, and multi-step task executionWork with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to deliver practical use casesCollaborate with backend, UX, and data engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end featuresParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisionsMentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidanceUphold engineering excellence around code quality, performance, security, and maintainabilityYour Skills and ExperienceSenior-level hands-on engineer who enjoys building and shipping codeStrong curiosity and motivation to learn AI and Agentic AI technologiesAbility to translate product requirements into well-designed technical solutionsStrong experience with one or more of the following: Native iOS (Swift) Native Android (Kotlin) React Native or Flutter (with a solid understanding of native internals)Strong understanding of: Mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization) API integration, offline-first design, caching, and performance tuningExperience working with: OpenAI APIs and/or similar LLM platforms (e.g., Claude) Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic frameworks Exposure to: Agent orchestration, tool calling, and context management AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skillsApplicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorshipThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
