What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments for outpatient surgeries
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Manage airway and deliver intravenous, inhalation, regional anesthetics
• Monitor patients intraoperatively, manage anesthesia-related issues
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain precise documentation within EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Travel between ambulatory sites as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license and NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years' clinical anesthesia experience
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and airway management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in outpatient surgical environment

Preferred

• Experience with outpatient surgeries, total joints, orthopedics, plastics
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
