Associate Inventory Manager

Position Overview We are looking for an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in achieving 100% inventory accuracy and managing product and patient transfers. The role ensures compliance with state regulations, company policies, and inventory controls. Key Duties & Responsibilities Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy through all production phases. Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping, receiving, transfers). Ensure inventory records remain accurate. Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed. Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager. Follow written audit programs and physical inventory procedures to maintain record integrity. Log receipts and documentation to support accurate inventory accounts. Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel as required. Execute system adjustments and analyze root causes, initiating corrective actions. Collect, audit, and file required paperwork for state compliance. Maintain strict confidentiality in line with regulatory and HIPAA guidelines. Skills & Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience. Minimum age 21. Independent worker in a fast‑paced environment, capable of working with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion. Follow written and oral instructions accurately. Respectful interaction with customers and team members. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Well organized with management and leadership abilities. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and arithmetic skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Additional Minimum Qualifications Must be able to move intermittently, use prosthetics if needed, interact with various populations including ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals. Must lift or move up to 50 lbs over a distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Physical Requirements Constantly required to move throughout the facility, including confined spaces. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, push/pull up to 50 lbs, lift/carry 50 lbs, and sometimes remain seated. Work Schedule 40 hours weekly with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Salary $20.00 per hour.
